By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our site.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

a.Booking Appointments 

By booking an appointment through our Site, you acknowledge that your appointment is for the selected date and time. Appointments can only be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your appointment and deposit will be forfeited.

b. Deposit

By paying a deposit through our Site or in-store, you acknowledge and understand that the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits may only be transferred to another appointment date or time when at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
Deposits are for piercing services only and cannot be used towards jewellery, products, or tattoos.

a. Standard Delivery
We offer standard shipping on all orders within the UK, with a typical delivery window of 2-5 working days. While we strive to deliver within this time frame, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

B. Collection Service
We offer a collection service for all jewellery purchases from our studio. Customers will be notified when their items are ready for collection.

a. No Return Policy for Jewelry
Due to hygiene reasons, all sales of jewellery are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery items, except in the case of faulty or defective products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

b. Faulty or Damaged Items
In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us with your order details and images of the fault. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Perfect Points Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the content without our prior written permission.

While we strive to ensure that the information on our Site is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site
