No Return Policy for Jewellery
At Perfect Points Piercing, we prioritise the health and safety of our customers. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all jewellery sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any jewellery items.

- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Collection Service
- Convenience: Prefer to pick up your order in person? We offer a collection service for all jewelry purchases.
- Location: Collect your items from our studio at - Unit 131, Romford shopping hall, Romford, United Kingdon.
- Processing Time: Your order will be ready for collection within 1-2 hours from when you make your order. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
- How to Collect: Simply bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to collect your items. Our team will be happy to assist you with your purchase.
