No Return Policy for Jewellery

At Perfect Points Piercing, we prioritise the health and safety of our customers. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all jewellery sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any jewellery items.

Why No Returns?

Hygiene and Safety: Jewellery, particularly items used for body piercings, must be handled with the utmost care. Once jewellery has been purchased and potentially worn or used, it cannot be resold or reused for health and safety reasons.
Quality Assurance: We ensure that all jewellery items are inspected and packaged with care before they reach you. This guarantees that you receive a product that meets our high standards of quality.

What If My Item Is Damaged or Defective?

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

At Perfect Points Piercing, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. We currently offer Standard Delivery on all products within the UK.

Standard Delivery

Coverage: Available for all orders within the UK
Cost: Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

Collection Service

Convenience: Prefer to pick up your order in person? We offer a collection service for all jewelry purchases.
Location: Collect your items from our studio at - Unit 131, Romford shopping hall, Romford, United Kingdon.
Processing Time: Your order will be ready for collection within 1-2 hours from when you make your order. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
How to Collect: Simply bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to collect your items. Our team will be happy to assist you with your purchase.

What to Expect

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
